1 box of penne pasta cooked to package instructions
1 cup of cooked shrimp and if it's raw it only takes a minute to cook it
1 Flank steak thinly sliced
6-8 cloves of garlic sliced
a big glog of olive oil
Fresh chopped basil
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a large pan heat the olive oil and garlic until golden. Add shrimp, steak and tomatoes.
Give it a stir, and when all meat and shrimp is coated with the oil and garlic , add the pasta, arugula and fresh basil. Squeeze a whole lemon and toss it. Season to taste and serve it warm!
