Marinated Grilled Pork Chops

So Pork Chops it is,... marinated pork chops it is.... I can make a mean stuffed pork chop but right now we are talking Grilled Pork Chop, and it's marinated...

4-1 1/2" boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of ground ginger

Whisk all ingredients but pork in a bowl. Place Pork Chops in a large ziplock bag and add the marinate to the pork.

Close bag and refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking. Heat grill to 600F. Place pork chops in hot grill and turn to medium. Cook for 9 minutes per side.
