Potato Wedges

Craving french fries, but don't want to feel extremely unhealthy? Try baking these delicious potato wedges, and you won't regret it!

3-4 large red potatoes
olive oil to coat potatoes
kosher salt
fresh pepper
smoked paprika

Preheat oven to 425F.
Cut potatoes into 12-14 wedges, or as thick as you like.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl , toss together potatoes, enough olive oil to coat, salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Pour into cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and with a metal spatula turn the potatoes. Bake for another 10 minutes or longer to desired doneness.

  1. Hi, Bia!
I'm visiting from basilmomma's -- lovely website you have here! Pardon me for being distracted, but did you say something about shipping Rich & Sweet's??? :) They look scrumptious!
    Take care,
    Kimby (aka okielicious)

  2. Hey Kimby,
I had over 15 different containers shipped to me but haven't yet found the perfect one for shipping! Still trying!!! I will have a website just for Rich and Sweet's when available for shipping!!! xo Bia Rich

  3. I'm hopping from Basilmomma's too. These potatoes look so good. I love that you put paprika on them. I do too but I must admit that I do it because my mother always did it. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, does it? LOL

    Now I'm hungry :)
