Ingredients for 28 pieces:
4 fully cooked gourmet chicken sausage
1 fresh mozzarella ball, diced into 28 pieces
28 pieces of basil
28 quarter artichoke hearts
28 small pieces of roasted red pepper
28 small lollipop sticks(wilton)
Lay all your ingredients out in a couple of cutting boards.
In a small frying pan, brown sausage on all sides.
Cut each sausage into 7 pieces 1 inch long.
Start by piercing the sausage with the lollipop stick. Add a piece of pepper on top, then follow with mozzarella, basil and artichoke on top ( i use a toothpick to pierce a whole thru the artichoke heart and then run down the lollipop stick)
