This recipe came together as i was making tacos and instead of adding flavors to the beef that had been cooking in the crockpot all night, i wanted something other than the beef flavor, something fresh, cold and crunchy and this was the perfect combination.

2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
6 radishes, shredded
1 tablespoon real mayonnaise
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, warm
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Mix all above ingredients and season to taste. Refrigerate before serving.
