Roasted Chick Peas

I love chick peas! They are good for you and taste amazing!
These are super simple and a perfect snack for a spring afternoon. Go ahead and have a ice cold glass of a dry french rose with it and you won't regret it!

Ingredients:
1 large can chick peas (garbanzo beans)
2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat oven to 400F.
Drain and rinse chick peas. Lightly rub paper towel over chick peas to remove excess skin.



Discard skin. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper and old bay seasoning. Place chick peas in a small baking dish. Pour oil mixture over them and toss them well. Bake for 30-35  minutes or until crispy.
