There's absolutely nothing new or different about this salad! It's well know worldwide and it is a combination of fresh summer tomatoes, mozzarella di buffala, fresh basil and drizzled olive oil. I added a little molecular culinary to it by adding balsamic vinegar pearls and drizzled fresh basil oil instead of plain for some extra taste. Perfect for a summer dinner party!
