Bean Salad

This is one of my favorite summer meals and we have it a few times a week with some kind of grilled meat and shredded lettuce, so refreshing and light!
You can try with different beans of your choice!

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
1 zucchini, chopped
1 small cucumber, chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 small vidalia onion, chopped
1/8 cup chopped parsley
1/8 cup chopped basil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon fresh pepper
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup vinegar(i used balsamic but apple cider works well also)

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, being careful so you don't break the beans. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serve chilled.
