Shrimp Flatbread

This is a great and quick appetizer if you have last minute company coming.
I buy lots of fresh shrimp, devein and clean them and then keep them in the freezer in small ziplock bags for meals like this.

1 can of refrigerated pizza dough or homemade
olive oil
fresh pepper
1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
2 tablespoons salted butter
arugula or spinach or both mixed

Place a pizza stone or a cookie sheet upside down in the middle shelf of your oven.
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large frying pan, melt butter. Add shrimp and old bay seasoning and cook for about 5 minutes until shrimp is cooked.
Remove shrimp from heat and place on a cutting board. Roughly chop it and set aside.
Roll out pizza dough until texture desired. Transfer to a floured pizza peel and peel into hot stone in oven. Cook about 4-5 minutes, keeping a close eye so it won't burn. Remove when dough is crusty.
Drizzle olive oil over crust and sprinkle fresh pepper. Top with fresh greens and chopped shrimp. Serve immediately.
